How do I return an item?

If for whatever reason you would like to return something purchased from ebartz.com, we try to make it as easy as possible. You can return items purchased from ebartz.com within 30 days of the date you received your purchase. All returns will be credited using the original form of payment and will be for the price paid for the item(s). Larger orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any shipping paid on your order is not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of you and we recommend shipping the return items using a track-able shipping method. We recommend using either USPS or UPS ground shipping. Items being returned must be in new condition, unopened and original packaging.

Items that are not returnable include...

  • items that are not package (ex. catering items (trays, bowls, serving utensils, steam pans, etc.), leis, hats and so on.
  • wigs and masks
  • items with dates or events on them (dated graduation items, Super Bowl, etc.)
  • custom and personalized items
Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued using the original form of payment. The refund will be issued in about 1-5 days after we receive it.

In the rare case that we mis-shipped an item, or your item arrived damaged, please contact us via phone or email and we will get a replacement item to you as soon as possible.

If you do have a qualifying item that you would like to return, please contact customer service at 888-322-7897, or via email at info@ebartz.com to begin the return process. From that point we will then give you the address to ship the item back to.
