Have fun this Halloween dressed as a classic witch. This value priced Wicked Witch costume features a tie back black dress, tattered sleeves and a tattered hem. There is some tattered material across the front and shoulders for the dress too. The costume does not include the hat, broom, necklace and shoes. A great costume to wear to work, school, to a party, or at home with handing out treats to the trick or treaters.
